It's not always possible, but it's worth the effort.

As for the read pile, I have enough right now I reckon to keep me until I croak, but that doesn't stop me from bringing in more. Sheesh!

Rip OffRip Jaggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09936426877024852134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33875434.post-36594470010838209462012-02-01T02:13:49.025-05:002012-02-01T02:13:49.025-05:00I know that problem all too well. :)I know that problem all too well. :)NoelCThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01744014386233716741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33875434.post-66066035444061501262012-02-01T01:48:02.479-05:002012-02-01T01:48:02.479-05:00At this point, it may be 2015 before I get around ...At this point, it may be 2015 before I get around to reading it - there are a LOT of books on my reading pile!Christopher Millshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15978811373546110421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33875434.post-60865354074365213592012-02-01T01:44:25.029-05:002012-02-01T01:44:25.029-05:00I typically don't read a series out of order, ...I typically don't read a series out of order, either, but my dad has Lord of Blood on his shelf alongside other books with Steranko covers (Dad worked for him as an assistant in the 70s). Not knowing it was a sequel, I got bored one weekend last year and read it on a whim. While there were some callbacks to a past adventure, it worked on its own pretty well.

I'll be curious to hear your thoughts on it.NoelCThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01744014386233716741noreply@blogger.com
